The Mizuno range in Australia

Mizuno football boots are built around two families: the Morelia (the classic kangaroo-leather boot, sold as the Morelia II and the lightweight Morelia Neo) and the Alpha, Mizuno's modern engineered speed boot. Around them sit the Monarcida for everyday value and discontinued favourites like the Rebula and Morelia Wave that collectors still hunt. Mizuno's Australian retail presence is thin, so much of this range never reaches local shelves at all, that's the gap we exist to fill. Everything currently in stock is in the grid above; the rarest pairs land in our Grails collection.

Made in Japan: our specialty

The top of every Mizuno line is the Japan tier: boots built at Mizuno's own factory in Japan with its best materials and hand-finishing, stamped “MADE IN JAPAN”. It's the version professionals wear, and it's the heart of what we do. Browse the full Mizuno Made in Japan collection, or go straight to the Morelia Made in Japan and Alpha Made in Japan ranges.

The cheapest way to get Made in Japan Mizunos in Australia

Made in Japan Mizunos rarely appear in Australian stores, so the usual route is importing from Japan yourself: international shipping, possible GST and import processing on arrival, weeks of waiting, and a pair you've never seen in person. We source and inspect every pair ourselves, list it with exact US size, surface and honest condition detail, and dispatch anywhere in Australia within 24 hours, typically for less than a self-import lands at, and well under what MIJ pairs fetch at the few local retailers that stock them. If you're hunting a specific model or size, message us on Instagram and we'll try to source it.

FAQs

Where can I buy Mizuno Made in Japan boots in Australia?

Very few Australian retailers stock the Made in Japan tier. Most local Mizuno stock is the Elite, Pro and Club versions made outside Japan. The Boot Connection specialises in MIJ pairs: every boot is sourced, inspected in person and verified before listing, then dispatched Australia-wide within 24 hours.

What's the cheapest way to get a Made in Japan Mizuno in Australia?

Importing from Japan yourself means international shipping, potential GST and import processing costs, and buying sight unseen. A verified pair from The Boot Connection typically costs less than a self-import all-in, arrives within days rather than weeks, and has been inspected in person before it's listed.

Are your Mizuno boots genuine?

Yes, every pair is sourced and inspected in person by The Boot Connection before listing. On Made in Japan pairs we verify the “MADE IN JAPAN” stamp on the tongue or insole; no listing goes live without an in-person check.

Do Mizuno football boots run true to size?

Generally yes, with a slightly narrower fit than Nike or adidas. The kangaroo-leather Morelia lines stretch and mould to your foot after a few wears, while the Alpha sits snug like a speed boot. Every listing shows the exact US size plus our in-person condition notes.
